History
Terrific Tours is a large travel company set up 25 years ago by a group of four people who wanted to give the general public more of a choice for their holiday.  The founding four members David Rehcleb, Helen Worley, Tracey Lorresh and Peter Lanrod started their new business in a small shop up a side street in Luton.  It was hard work in the beginning, they struggled to get the business up and running, money was short and they worked long, hard hours.  It took five years for the business to start to make significant profits.  At this point they realised that they had to move.  The location of their business was such that they were not catching much passing trade, although they had a number of satisfied customers who returned to them year after year. It took courage to move; they had just started to make a good living and were putting it in jeopardy by moving to more prestigious premises which were going to put them in debt again.
The rest is history!  Once they were settled their new premises, they never looked back.  The business started to expand.  Ten years after they made their first move they were large enough to move their head office to London and they now have numerous branches all around the UK.
Bespoke Holidays
A new venture has just been launched which is aimed at people who have been travelling abroad for years and are now looking for something a little different.  Quite often, the holidays on offer do not quite match what is required and therefore there can be disappointment in the holiday. Bespoke holidays addresses this problem.  We offer our customers a dedicated representative who can take their ideas and turn them into reality. This representative will talk to the customer to ascertain their requirements, they will work out a travel itinerary, with all travel and accommodation taken care of, check with the customer that this is acceptable and make the bookings. This is an exclusive service  no-one else will have exactly the same holiday   !
